Museum Design/architectural interior: kGz Studio, consultant to Architects Studio www.architectstudio.com
The Museum space inside the American Society of Radiologic Technologist (ASRT) office in Albuquerque New Mexico was designed specifically to house the artifacts collected from around the country to tell the story of the X-RAY beginning in 1895. Through artifacts coupled with the historical videos, touch screens and hands-on displays, members of ASRT learn about the history and pioneers of their industry and the historical changes as technological advances shifted the practice of radiology and produced profound effects in the medical fields such as Radiation Oncology.
ASRT members and the general public are invited to visit the museum any time they are in Albuquerque by scheduled appointment. https://www.asrt.org/main/about-asrt/museum-and-archives
